Service Description
This dynamic class is focused on lower body and abdominals; it blends resistance and endurance to strengthen glutes, legs, and core. You need a mat, sneakers, and hand weights (heavy, medium, and light) to maximize your challenges. Circular bands, resistance balls, ankle weights and body weight with pilates and yoga, mindful execution at the center in practice. Bursts of cardio will pick up energy generation and that carries you through the day!
